I'm getting ready to head out for a Pure Romance party in Ettrick tonight but I just had to hop on and share! I tried on a shirt that I haven't worn in a while that used to fit quite tightly. To my surprise today it feels slightly too big! Woot! I love non scale victories! The times when you can actually SEE & FEEL your weight loss success! What non scale victories have you had lately?

Accountability
Hey all!
I'm sorry again to my regular readers that I haven't been posting regularly.
Last Monday I was down 1.6 and today I was down another 1.6 for a total loss of 12.4! I have FINALLY jumped on the tracking bandwagon and what a difference it makes! Tracking really does help keep you accountable. Knowing that whatever goes into my mouth must be written down definitely makes me think twice about what I am eating. This week I decided to throw on an extra challenge and take home the traveling journal. Each week a new member in my meeting takes home the traveling journal as an accountability tool (you are required to bring is back at weeks end and report back on your results). I figured since I have been doing so well I might as well keep it going and take my turn this week. I will definitely let you know how it goes.
I have been slacking in the activity department. I didn't even make it to the gym once last week. That being said however I am still feeling really good which is what this whole journey is about for me!
Thanks for keeping me accountable readers!! I am finding that there is no better way to live out your goals than sharing them with the world. Make a goal and tell everyone you know!!

Busy!
So sorry I have not been posting as regularly as I was for a while there. I am finding myself very busy these past couple of weeks!! It also doesn't help that the numbers on the scale have been climbing giving me less motivation to share with the world. This past Monday I was up 2.2 lbs for a total loss of 9.2 lbs.
So what have I been so preoccupied with? As many of you may or may not know, about a year ago I started my own Pure Romance business! Pure Romance is an in home party company that specializes in lotions, lingerie, lubricants, massage aids, and bedroom accessories. Sexual health has always been really important to me and when Corey and I found out we were moving to La Crosse I knew I would have to leave my job of teaching comp sex ed in the schools. Pure Romance was a great way for me to continue teaching while making some great money as well! While I began this business as a side gig it has excitingly become rather large and my calendar is beginning to fill with parties and other Pure Romance related events! Suddenly this is looking like it might turn into more than just a side gig after all! I am asking for everyone's support in this as I am really loving what I am doing!
