Hey all!
I'm sorry again to my regular readers that I haven't been posting regularly.
Last Monday I was down 1.6 and today I was down another 1.6 for a total loss of 12.4! I have FINALLY jumped on the tracking bandwagon and what a difference it makes! Tracking really does help keep you accountable. Knowing that whatever goes into my mouth must be written down definitely makes me think twice about what I am eating. This week I decided to throw on an extra challenge and take home the traveling journal. Each week a new member in my meeting takes home the traveling journal as an accountability tool (you are required to bring is back at weeks end and report back on your results). I figured since I have been doing so well I might as well keep it going and take my turn this week. I will definitely let you know how it goes.
I have been slacking in the activity department. I didn't even make it to the gym once last week. That being said however I am still feeling really good which is what this whole journey is about for me!
